ioleta de la Serna is a luxury interior designer, former Gallery Director and Auctioneer with 15+ years in fine art and collectible design. She has led galleries in the Miami Design District, Maui, and Las Vegas, curated for top international art fairs, and traveled to 70+ countries while training in five-star hospitality.

Her “Miami-meets-Mediterranean” approach blends art-forward curation with investor-minded planning for villas, boutique hotels, and premium short-term rentals in Greece. Violeta’s favorite projects are turnkey spaces that are guest-centric, and built to lift occupancy, ADR, and resale value.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Carly grew up steeped in the world of real estate and housing development. Her grandfather—a visionary developer with a keen eye for what’s next—ignited her love for the industry early on. That same passion led her to Washington State University, a real estate license back home in Canada, and five years of experience at Keller Williams, where she built a solid foundation working with both local and international clients.

Now based in Greece, Carly leads the Buyers Agency Division at Keller Williams For You, representing international clients looking to purchase property across the country. She brings her North American work ethic, global perspective, and deep knowledge of the Greek market to a select group of clients looking to buy, invest, or start fresh in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Dimitris is a licensed electrician with more than 20 years of experience. He is registered with the Panhellenic Energy Federation (P.E.F.),certified in A+++ Energy practices, serving Athens and the Peloponnese.

Mr. Poulios , who is fluent in English and Greek, also manages our construction team and oversees general construction, painting, plumbing and installations.
